Dutch Fokker Elmo has secured an additional contract from Lockheed Martin for the delivery of additional Electrical Wiring & Interconnection Systems, valued at €40 million. Under this contract, Fokker will be responsible for the manufacturing of electrical systems for the next batch of F-35 aircrafts. Fokker recently delivered the 100th shipset to Lockheed Martin.
Fokker also signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Pratt & Whitney to study added engine nozzle work in the Netherlands to manufacture and deliver nozzle components, sub-assemblies and related spare parts for F135 engine exhaust.
