Japanese Skymark Airlines's first A380 Jumo completed its structural assembly, moving to the next station at the Final Assembly Line in Toulouse. At the “station 30” Skymark,s A380 will undergo general tests on electric and hydraulic systems, mobile parts, landing gears and fuel tanks. Also, the aircraft’s four Rolls-Royce Trent 900 engines will be mounted.
Skymark Airlines, Japan’s third largest and fast growing airline, has placed six firm A380 orders and will become the first Japanese A380 operator.
